Our Commercial Gripper is capable of handling heavy carts full green waste, food waste or recycled material such as crushed glass.

Heavy Carts Tippers have big issues with heavy carts. Unlike a tipper, where the force of the heavy lift often rips out the cart's bar pocket, the Curotto Commercial Gripper "grips" the entire cart.

Carts Lost in the Hopper This positive lock system prevents another common tipper problem: carts being lost in the hopper. The Commercial Gripper prevents operators from unsafely climbing into the hopper to retrieve lost carts.

Interference Tippers mounted to the fork tube have interference issues when they are fully "tipped" in the hopper, often resulting in a collision with the top of the packer blade or canopy. The location of the Curotto Commercial Gripper, which mounts lower and forward on the fork tube, eliminates this problem.
