Heil Environmental Announces New Ready Truck Program With 30-day Shipping Guarantee

Chattanooga, TN. (April 27, 2010) — Dover Corporation’s Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) recently announced a new executive team to head the company’s global operations.
 
Patrick Carroll will lead the Environmental Solutions Group as President. Prior to his new role, Mr. Carroll most recently held the position of President of DE-STA-CO, a Dover company, and has significant prior equipment experience with other major industrial companies.
 
Darren Bird has been named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bird most recently served as Vice President of Finance and CFO for Heil Environmental. Prior to that, he held a similar position with Dover Industries.
 
ESG’s Human Resources operations will be managed by Julie Jones, who has been selected as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Jones holds professional certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources with Heil Environmental.
 
Randy R. Brown has been selected as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to his current role, Mr. Brown held the position of Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Heil Environmental. He brings more than 20 years experience in international sales, marketing, and operations to his new role.
 
Geoffrey E. Apthorp will serve as Vice President of Business Development and Engineering for ESG. Mr. Apthorp was formerly employed with Marathon Equipment Company as Vice President of Business Development/Engineering and Service, and has over 25 years experience in operations, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, engineering, R&D, and global business development.
 
Gene Laminack has been named Vice President of Integration, responsible for synergies across the ESG businesses. Prior to this role with ESG, Mr. Laminack spent three years as the Chief Financial Officer at Marathon Equipment Company. Before joining Marathon, Mr. Laminack was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer for National Service Industries.
 
Bob McMackins has been chosen as ESG’s Vice President of Operations. Bob comes to ESG from Heil Environmental, where he held the role Vice President of Global Operations supporting all manufacturing facilities for Heil and Bayne Premium Lift Systems. Mr. McMackins has 20 years industrial manufacturing, engineering, and operations experience.
 
Dave Young will serve as ESG’s Vice President of Supply Chain and International Operations. Prior to his role with ESG, Dave served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations for Marathon Equipment Company and as Director of Supply Chain Operations for Paladin, a Dover company.
 
The new ESG executive team will be based at the company’s headquarters in Chattanooga, TN, which serves as the global strategic center for the company’s manufacturing locations in Fort Payne and Vernon, AL; Yerington, NV; Greenville, SC; and Hillend, Scotland.
