Overview of the Hopper Dump

It takes less than 20 sec to complete a hopper dump.

Eyes Forward System

Safety is of prime importance. Here are some of the advantages of always having the operators eyes facing forward.

Function of the Gravity Latch

This overview explains the hows and why of the Gravity Latch.

One Man One Pass System

The Curotto-Can AFL system has a lower lift over which allows operators to pickup excess material such as uncarted bags, furniture, appliances (take-all) and oversize flattened cardboard. Don't chase the route with a rear loader.

How to Reduce the Contamination Rate

Contamination is a huge problem. Another advantage of our eyes forward system is that operators are able to spot and remove contamination before it is packed.

Pickup of a Tightly Spaced Cart

The unique gripper design allows for cart pickup in tight spots without the operator leaving the cab.

Working in a Cul-De-Sac

The Curotto-Can AFL completes cul-de-sacs with fewer backup events.

Reaching Around Parked Vehicles

The boom-like action of the arm, which pivots ahead of the front axle, is more maneuverable than one fixed between the axles.

Add On Option - External Controls

External controls are a preferred solution for handicap service or when picking up multiple carts in a single location such as an apartment building.

Add On Option - Rotary Autocover

The Rotary Autocover flips a high strength mesh cover over the collected material as the hopper dump begins. This keeps lightweight material such as paper, styrofoam cups and aluminum cans from being blown out of the container onto the route.
